ROPSIM - PC BASED OFFLINE PROGRAMMING


Nowadays, industrial companies are more and more likely to utilize flexible, automated and integrated systems of production. Programmable machines, robots, cnc-machines and plc's have all become a natural part of the automated production system.
This means that the demand for tools for planning and usage of robots in production is increasing as well. Camelot has therefore developed a robot programming system for use in design, lay-out, production and maintenance of workccells in integrated production systems.
This virtual production system is a result of research environment at the Danish Technical University (DTU) and The Institute for Construction and Controlling technique (IKS), after which it has been developed further by Camelot.
This easy-to-use and flexible system is now ready to be implemented - in any company working with robots and robot programming in planning and production.
